Fitting/removing tires

demonter-le-pneu

An agricultural tire must be dismounted and mounted by a trained, qualified professional, using the appropriate tools and procedures.

If these operations are handled by several people, make sure that one person at least is present during all operations.

Use a compressed air circuit equipped with a correctly adjusted pressure gauge.

Not following these instructions and procedures may cause incorrect mounting of the tire onto the rim and could also cause the tire to burst, leading to a risk of serious injury or fatality.

1- Removing the tire rim

2- Preparing for mounting

3- Mounting the tire onto the vertical wheel

4- Inflating and positioning the beads

5- Putting into operation

Precautions

To fit and position the beads on the rim seats, inflate to a maximum of 35 psi.

The pictogram opposite indicates the maximum inflation pressure not to be exceeded when positioning the beads: it is marked on each tire sidewall
